I've made several purchases.from Brock's, but this was the first time that I had to call for support. I was connected with Steve, and I'm thankful that he was such a professional and treated me very well. I had no part number, and I didn't know what the part actually was, other than it was a clip having significant importance as evidenced by Brock clearly stating that in his installation video. Purchased an in stock, aftermarket exhaust system made by Brock's, after literally several years and multiple correspondence before I decided to go through with it. I also got a intake filter to go with the full exhaust. They no longer do ECU tunings for my model motorcycle, but they are a major brand and several other shops were familiar with the requirements. Good customer service, Good advice, smooth and efficient transactions.
Amazing product and amazing results. The Sprint P08 air filter I bought from this company works flawlessly, and when paired with my Moore Mafia ECU flash, the difference is unreal. The bike breathes better, pulls harder, and feels smoother than ever. These two together are the perfect match. Highly recommend! Customer service is outstanding
