Brock has been running our office cafeteria for well over 12 years now and we have never had a complaint from any of the over 200 employees they serve daily. During Covid they quickly found ways to pivot their service so that the office still had a cafeteria with the same exceptional food and service. Success is in the details. Brock's team pays attention to important details. Members of our community with food allergies are all known by the Brock Team at our site. Whenever we request partnership on tweaking some items, we receive excellent ideas, communication, and cooperation from Brock. The menus work well and the service is excellent.
Brock's kitchen manager and catering manager are awesome. They are innovative in meals and service. They are responsive to customer needs. Their staff reflects terrific customer service.
Our school has had a fantastic and successful relationship with Brock over the last five years. Brock has delivered an exceptional lunch program while being responsive to our needs. Our Chef and her team care about our kids and faculty and it shows every day!
