I've lived here on and off in a studio since 2020. My room is on one of the higher floors facing the ocean and the view is nothing short of spectacular. I've been happy to call this place home and I'll be sad to say goodbye to it this April. Pro tip for anyone moving in here: buy a faucet aerator key (can get them on amazon for cheap) and remove that stupid thing they put on the faucet. now you can actually use the sink.
