Well I saw the reviews and thought I would give them a chance although others were displeased. Albeit some over a year plus ago others reviews were from mind you, just a side note that not enough people send reviews in when they are positive, so keep that in mind and take bad reviews as possibly half truths at best. So since they are local and most process servers are located out of the valley or in Tucson I definitely wanted to try give them a chance. Paid Them two years ago to have someone served, The lady Was Very unfriendly / borderline rude but regardless , got the job done which was the main goal. Fast forward two years later I considered using their services again due to their seeming efficiency. called several times haven’t even gotten a call back which leads me to believe there is a certain level of unprofessionalism. If you are going to try to appear as a fully operational business then by all means you should act like one.
Used them multiple times for process serving, once on a difficult serve, but they were efficient and communicated well. Very friendly and helpful. Recommended.
