I think he is a wonderful doctor in his field. He has treated my father many times with nothing but respect and concern. I think the surgeries, stitching et... he is most professional and exellent at. I'm writting this mostly because of the negative reviews that he recieved. Sometimes things do happen I understand but I could never see him not making it as right as he could.

Dr. Andersen removed skin cancer on my temple and upper lip.. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience! His staff is friendly and caring, and Dr. Andersen is soft spoken, addresses each concern with care, and was a total ARTIST at sewing the areas back up, and lasering the stitched areas for optimal healing. I was shocked when the bandages came off, and I saw what a beautiful job he did! I am so glad I was referred to him, and highly recommend Dr. Andersen and his clinic staff.

Dr. Andersen has saved me from any complications with cancer by being so thorough in his exams and follow-up. I think he is on top of his game as a dermatologist. I don't understand how anyone could rate him other than excellent.

Dr. Brock Anderson is arrogant and rude. He removed a growth from my lip and it turned out to be a horrible experience. He is not a kind and caring doctor. Consider yourself warned.

Business response:

I assured this patient I believed her growth to be benign, and recommended the growth not be removed; and warned patient there would be a scar (like all biopsies). Patient pushed for biopsy, and then was mad there was a scar, saying I promised there would not be. I offered, and performed free resurfacing laser to improve cosmetic look, or re-biopsy for free. Patient insisted I could do nothing to help, and submitted complaint to board of medicine, which concluded complaint was groundless.

Dr Anderson has treated me for my psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis for the last 4 years. I'm very satisfied with the treatment I receive there. I prefer to see him but he has very competent PA's that assist him and I always feel like my concerns are addressed and my treatment is important to them as much as it is to me.

Very bad would never go to him again

Business response:

I have never seen this patient, and despite multiple attempts, have been unable to identify who they are. No record exists in the past 10 years for this patient. Not sure why they reviewed me at all, much less so poorly.
