I worked with Mike to get my initial quote and he also came on site to see how things were progressing which I really appreciated. Sad situation of a company taking advantage of an older person who knows nothing about plants or gardening. My MIL hired Broccolo to redo her front planting beds with native plants. She requested no pink flowers. They never checked the beds for NKP or even topsoil! We tested her beds in an attempt to figure out why her plants are severely stunted and never bloomed this year. I can’t say enough good things about our lawn care professional, Mike. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and genuinely took the time to understand what we were trying to accomplish with our property. I had a very negative experience with Broccolo. I spent about $4000 last season and was paying approximately $500 a month for a “full service” package this season. As you can see in the pictures the garden beds are full of weeds and half the plants are dead. I raised this issue to them multiple times over many months, and every time they assured me that after the latest weed treatment it’ll get better.
