We hired BROC to replace the shelving & assembly for our lazy Susan in the Kitchen. BROC did the original install back in 2005 as well. The service tech (Josh) who they sent was outstanding. Very professional and he went above and beyond what we expected. He and the rest of the staff at BROC were extremely helpful and the communication was on point as well. Hats off to another great local company!
BROC did a great job start to finish! I first met with Paige in the showroom who has a great eye & understanding of what I was hoping to accomplish. Then staff who came to our home ON TIME to template out countertops and finally to the installers who showed up EARLY to do install of the fabulous finished product-A Great Big Thank You! BROC ROCKS!!!! Highly recommended! AND this comes from a pretty fussy gal ;)
We chose Broc for some quartz counter tops. Everything from start to finish was exceptional. We had a few delays on our end and they were very accommodating. Terree was the salesperson we worked with an she was excellent! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Broc to anyone!
We recently had our bathroom remodeled by Broc & they didn’t disappoint, we had work done in our kitchen earlier by them and didn’t hesitate to have them do the bathroom because of the quality of work they provided. We had a leak in the shower area that they cured and the upgrade in the bathroom is amazing, looks like a 5* bathroom. Would like to Thank the crew of Terree, Aaron, Josh, Kieran and Norm for a job well done (and anyone else that had a hand in this project that we may have missed) Thanks Ron
My experience with Brock was amazing Terree assisted me with the selection of my products everything was done on schedule or ahead of time. The best testament to this company was there resolution of an issue. The shower doors that I ordered allowed for water to seep out under the door. Everyone at Brock was attentive and quick to rectify the issue. It was not an issue on their part, but truly of the design of the shower door.
