If you are thinking of using this, please go visit unannounced and see for yourself how bad it is. Bought out 2 times in 5 years. Staff is the dregs. Residences wheeled out and dumped in front of tv, no interaction by staff. The staff sit to the side and bs for hours. Naked people wandering around uncared for, people wandering all night into others' rooms. And they are UPPING the monthly fees? They don't clean rooms. It's so bad. Been Working At Broadwell for A Few Months and I Really Enjoy Working Here the residents and staff are really Nice and Kind If Ur Looking For A job Broadwell Is the place To Be 🤗🤗
Beautiful building, rooms are super spacious some with great views! Management is awesome, staff is awesome everybody like family! Great place in the community. Filled with wonderful residents, welcoming and helpful staff and a calming atmosphere. Such an amazing building to have a loved one. Amazing facility with great residents, staff and leadership.
management clearly plays favorites and doesn’t have good communication , don’t work here.
