Complete fraud, Order 93104692 purchased at their office. Sold me second floor, second row in the middle. Showed me pictures of the place... Completely fraud. I was sent to the left side, last line on the latest corner. I called them and they told me they will not correct it. The theater told me that this reseller is the responsible , not them. Be aware of this scam They destroyed my night and the show i wanted to see. Shame on you! Never buy from them but directly from the show
Amazing service. I really enjoyed my show that was recommended from my agent. He told me how everything works so I can get the best deal. My seat in the theater was amazing and I even got it cheaper than every other company that was offering me tickets. Thank you so much. I highly recommend BroadwayPass.
This company pouched me from TKTS. I was under the assumption that the tickets I purchased were from TKTS. Also, I did not immediately receive my tickets. I had to wait an hour before the show to receive my tickets. Lastly, I visited the theatre of the shows that I was supposed to see. The Box Offices instructed me that I would have gotten a cheaper price if I would have gone to them instead of this company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. Great place for Broadway show tickets. They always have good deals so I recommend to see what are they offering before buying tickets from somewhere else.
I still remember Moulin Rouge like I saw the show yesterday. I would love to see this show again. I had a great seat, second row in the mezzanine. I got this ticket 2 hours before the show. I was surprised that it was possible to buy and even on a good price.
