Was quoted $19 for a straight line hem on a dress with no pleading. Got there the cost to get my dress back was $37. I said I was quoted $19 and the person who was checking me out said oh no the person who doesn’t always get it wrong. I was really sad that Roy’s closed now I’m even more sad that Roy’s closed.

This is not meant to be a negative review, but instead an informational one (as we didn't actually use their services). Looking up cleaners that clean leather clothing, Broadway Cleaners came up in Google search, but when I went there this morning, they said they are not cleaning leather garments at the moment. So FYI - they don't clean leather clothing here.
We have been working with Broadway for 20+ years and have only had excellent experience. Their service is always efficient and very courteous: they care about customers.
