Horrible front desk service, she has no customer courtesy. If they move somewhere else please don't put her to serve the customers

Whoever the security guard is here really needs to take a look at the way he talks to strangers regarding their situation, especially in such a vulnerable space whether it’s a joke or not it’s not funny when it’s my child and i’s situation and I’m obviously trying to fix it

Arrived at 4:15 and there was a sign on the window that said closed. There was someone sitting at the desk but when I knocked they ducked down behind their monitor. I just needed to pick up my card that I had already confirmed I could come get at anytime during normal business hours with no appointment needed.

I’ve been going to this WIC clinic since I was pregnant with my first baby girl. There is a lady name Monica that works there, she has been there since I can remember. I absolutely love her, she goes above and beyond for me every time and today she continues to do as she always does. I had a recertification appointment that I missed IN FEBRUARY. There is so much going on that I just threw WIC on the back burner but I called today because I am in need of an benefits. The First Lady I spoke with said there isn’t an appointment... read more
