Very poor customer service from front desk. This is a review of staff and not the doctor. They are very unprofessional and simply rude. Took me over a week and 7 phone calls to get my medical records. The receptionist is the first impression of the business so there is my impression.
Dr. Levan very professional and careful listener. She was able to resolve my issue that I used to have for a very long time and was able to quit my medication.
DR. LEVAN AND THE STAFF ARE OUTSANDING , VERY COMPASSIONATE AND TAKES TIME TO LISTEN YOUR CONCERNS , I STRONGLY RECOMMEND GOING DR. LEVAN , SHE IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST DOCTOR I EVER HAD!!! SHE'S NOT ONE OF THOSE DOCTORS THATS OUT TO JUST MAKE $$ BY PRESCRIBING PPL MEDICATIONS THEY DONT NEED JUST TO GET PERCS FROM THE PHARMACUETICAL REPS , SHE ACTUALLY HAS A HEART AND CARES ABOUT HER PATIENTS WELL BEING....SHE IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST DOCTOR IVE EVER HAD , SHES ALWAYS HONEST WITH ME AND IS UNDERSTANDING....I JUST THANK GOD I FOU... read more
