the staff is great! I’ve been going to them for weeks and they’ve been more than happy to make last- minute arrangements if they can if I’m sick etc. couldn’t be more thankful for their help while I return to work!
I highly recommend Eric as a physiotherapist. I’ve been seeing him for my shoulder injury and back pain, and my experience has been excellent. He is very patient and takes the time to thoroughly assess my condition at every visit while creating a personalized recovery plan. He adjusts my exercises based on my progress and also provides effective treatments like shockwave therapy and dry needling, which have been very helpful in my recovery. A friend referred me to the physiotherapist Adam, and I’ve been seeing him for the last few weeks. He’s helped treat my numerous weightlifting injuries that I’ve accumulated over the years, and he is awesome! He really cares, tells you what he’s doing and why (which is super important to me), and is adaptive when there are certain movements that I can’t do. Adam truly listens, understands where the pain is coming from and provides focused, effective treatment without ever rushing. He knows exactly which exercises are safe and helpful for my condition, which make me feel confident and well cared for. My husband booked an appointment for me for Friday at 5:45. He got a call on Thursday at 5:40 saying they made a mistake and my appointment was for Thursday at 5:45 and that I had 5 minutes to be there or I could rebook for next week.My husband had been there previously and they also made a mistake with his booking. I definitely won’t be booking an appointment. My time is very important to me.
