The trailers here are mostly in good shape, the roads are not maintained, and they are very dangerous in the winter. The people who live there are for the most part good, but there's always a few everywhere you go. The prices paid by them is high and increases without improvement to the park. Fire hydrants aren't maintained, be sure you have fire insurance if you move here. On a positive side it is relatively quiet and the people there are friendly.

The trailers here are mostly in good shape, the roads are not maintained, and they are very dangerous in the winter. Currently, there is a 10ft ice bank at the entrance, it melts, floods the road, freezes, and becomes very dangerous. Kids from this trailer park going to and from the bus are mostly at risk. People drive and turn without looking, very dangerous.
