I recently upgraded my vw transporter and I can say I'm very happy with my purchase, also I was treated very well by miles and his team. In my opinion they are good at what they do, The stock they carry proves that. One thing I would say to anyone purchasing a secondhand vw is that they are not brand new so one should expect a few minor issues. I would certainly recommend this company and I will be using them again in the future
DO NOT USE BROADWAY VAN CENTER I purchased a VW Transporter 2020 T6.1 Crank oil seal was leaking so I had multiple quotes for the work locally and was told you are to replace the cam belt at this time otherwise you would not receive any warranty, (broadway van center) new better, they collected the van, replaced just the oil seal so I had check locally once complete, needless to say it still leaks. Overall workmanship is poor, van was carpeted which is now peeling, rear door lock constantly pops out and need to take of panel... read more

Absolutely spot on! Fantastic experience with Broadway Van Centre. Myles and Helen were great to deal with, communication was good and it was a seamless sale. Unreal what stock they have and the care they take with them. I will be using them again when I upgrade in 5 years time!
Sadly would not recommend this company. I brought a car from from them a year ago and had the car delivered directly to our house in Bristol. Unfortunately due to their own negligence the office registered the wrong address with the DVLA. This has meant we've missed multiple letters and have lost hundreds of pounds in fees. It was a very foolish and expensive mistake, for which they won't take any ownership. As advised by many in the reviews, approach with caution.
