I am sitting here with my cousin. We dropped off his car yet again, this time when we picked up the car we noticed his license plates were missing. When we broached this with the shop attendant he said they had been stolen Friday night. My cousin was never notified. The shop did not file a police report which we are doing now. This place is a good small family owned/operated business. The owner is a proud, hands-on guy that will go all-out to make it right. Transmissions are very sensitive. Not something I would want my mechanic rushing through. If your need is "overnight service" on your tranny; you will most likely run into problems anywhere you go. I had a tranny problem with my truck, found this place and got a quote. This Business is a total joke the worst service ever!!!!! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, I took my car in thinking they were professionals I asked how long it would take to rebuild my transmission they said 3-4 days. That was a joke! Broadway Transmission returned my car after 8 Business days, after excuse after excuse to still not run properly.
