HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Im a christian man and have rented here several times. Rented Skid steer for weeks at a time to clean the barn also wood splitters multiple time flower bed edger was the last time ill ever visit this place. Pick up edger told me if it was excessively muddy to please wash off i said yes sir. Only rented for 4 hrs took it was 1.5hrs early. Always rent from here. The people are fantastic to work with, very helpful and prices reasonable.
My grandfather rents trailers and tools from here all the time and we have rented 3 trailers within the past 2 month's and the first 2 time were fine but the 3rd time we had a flat tire. We called the place and the guy there accused us of not knowing how to put air in the tire and didn't want to give us a spare tire to replace the one that went flat. I have rented many tools from Broadway , I have always had great service. Many of my co workers also rent from Broadway and they as I continue to do business with them . People who have a hard time with this business in my opinion must be very hard to please.
Never rent from these guys, they will accuse you of breaking product and will get very rude with you,. Cowboys with no dignity...
