I have just spoken to the lady who owns Broadway rental (I can't remember her name....darnit) but I've done business with them about a half a dozen times over the years. I was looking for a power washer. They didn't have one available but I told the sweet lady that I thought I might purchase one. She told me just what to look for and how to pressure was my house and deck. What a SWEET lady and such a treat to do business with. You won't go wrong with Broadway Rental.
On June 3, 2016 I rented a power washer. It was the first time that I had ever done business with this vendor. After providing me with directions about how to start the engine I promptly drove home. After I failed to follow the directions to start the engine, I called the vendor for some help, but I still couldn't get the engine started. Rented miniskid, worked great. On Returning equipment my truck broke down and Broadway Tool Rental came to the rescue hauled the equipment back for me. Then offer to help me get my truck home. I was able to get truck going after it cooled down. Broadway Tool Rental will be the first place I go.
Just like Aaron above I had the same issue when returning a product, this guy should never be allowed to run a business in Grove City.
Broadway Tool Rental is always fair and cooperative. It is a tough business and lots of people abuse their equipment. They have always treated me like a professional and valued customer! I'd rather give them business that some multi-national corporation up the street!
The best place to rent a tool. I've had many dealings with them and have found that they always are very concerned with my satisfaction. Others I know in the Grove City area have shared my experience.
I had an absolutely unacceptable experience with this company. My mother and I rented light equipment for one weeks use. My mother went alone to return the items. Upon the return, the main guy here commented on missing pins... we returned the items just as we had picked them up, but that is besides the point. The "missing pins" set off an incredible firestorm in which by mother received an immediate and unprovoked verbal lashing.
