Great service and excellent communication from Broadway Tire. They did exactly the work they discussed beforehand and were transparent throughout the process. They also pointed out a few things to keep an eye on in the future, which I really appreciated. The pricing for each service was competitive with other shops, but the customer experience was above all the others I’ve dealt with. I came in last Thursday to have my oil changed as a walk in. Kurt took me right in, after about 15 minutes a young lady named Becky had approached me with the technicians recommendation for a few added items. I appreciate the informative knowledge she had and I decided to go ahead with replacing my headlight bulb and to take care of the nail that was found in my front driver tire i was unaware of.
