As a tenant I feel bad for everyone that owns here. I’ve lived here a year the bed guys walk right into your house even when you’re in the shower. They also went in my house when I was outside at my car to spray and then locked me out of my apartment. No one is friendly . My gate card was left at pool went back ten min later it was stolen took forever to get a new one and you need a key because it’s the worst gate system I’ve ever seen def going to cause an accident. This place is the absolute worst place to live!! The company that owns my unit is great but the HOA is absolutely ridiculous. We have been fined several times for things that weren't even because of us the gate situation is horrible and is gonna cause a major accident when the pest control comes they will spray right on your animals food dishes and now our most recent HOA fine is because I sat a trash bag outside my door for less than 10 mins while I put a new bag in and put on my shoes to take the old bag to the dump they a... read more
The HOA fees are outrageous and for nothing. They don’t do nothing with it that needs to happen. And then money disappears with no questions. Had my e-bike stolen with no luck getting help from the so called management for any camera footage. Many fines for dumb stuff. And cars getting broke into more often.
