The owner went out of his way to help me out of a tight spot. My trailer blew a tire at the Casey’s across the street and he went above and beyond to make sure I got it replaced so I could get home. He is a stand up guy and a reason why I still believe in small businesses. If you have a reason to buy tires for your car whether it’s an emergency or it’s regular maintenance, please give this man your business. I won’t go elsewhere from now on.
Always treated me and my family fairly and kindly. Always left feeling as I got what I paid for. Never been up sold on anything I never truly needed. I have went to other competitors. And find ourselves returning to Al's/Broadway Service. Thank you for the top notch service.
They managed to knock off my entire spoiler on my Jeep Compass. They never told me or fixed it.
Broadway Tire & Service winterized our boat in November of 2023. When we started getting it ready in the spring of 2024, we found water pooling in the stern compartment where both motors are located. Broadway's mechanic came to where the boat was located, evaluated and determined the freeze plugs were blown on BOTH motors, BOTH blocks cracked, as well as other crippling damages.
