I’ll start by saying the haircut was a good cut. But, from there on HORRIBLE experience. I was referred to Katey McCoy for a fantasy color. Prior to the appointment I text with Katey about what I was wanting done. Upon arrival she seemed knowledgeable. I felt totally at ease and comfortable with what she was planning to do.
