Be aware, the MOST DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL company!!! They Replaced a part about 1+ year ago, and THEN ALLEGED that EXACT SAME PART NEEDS REPLACEMENT ***AGAIN*** ONLY AFTER 1+ year, the very NEXT time they were hired by Strata to do some regular maintenance/inspection!! Obviously, they EITHER: 1. deliberately damaged the part (or simply alleged the necessity because I lack the expertise to check/argue otherwise) so they can MAKE MORE MONEY when nothing is wrong, OR 2. have provided a Very poor-quality part an... read more
Great experience with Broadway Refrigeration. Chris Barr was incredible. I explained the issue I was having and he basically diagnosed the problem immediately without even seeing the system or using gauges. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly knows his craft. It’s rare to find someone who can pinpoint an issue that quickly. Highly recommend Broadway Refrigeration, and if you get Chris Barr you’re in great hands.
