Shannon, Nik and Amanda were amazing to work with getting the install planned and coordinated. Their attention to detail from initial inspection to product recommendations and scheduling was flawless. Josh and team were helpful, kind and persistent. They were here for the whole building heat and cool system but Josh went all the way to help me repair some other issues in the household. They had been very supportive and resourceful when they the first day arrived, the second time seemingly resolving the heat up to their professional standards. Thank you, really appreciated! And we chatted about our pets.
