I leased a fourth floor, 1 br unit (# 1403) for four years 9/2019-10/2923). The rate was very reasonable, the owner very promptly sent someone to rectify any issue that cropped up—all minor. The Broadway management staff was professional, the concierge staff, maintenance crew, were all friendly & cooperative. I almost always had the pool to myself. An other *major* advantage of the location of the Broadway Promanade is its proximity to a Publix grocery store, located adjacent & 2 minutes walking distance.
