Sent them a email with questions about a few items and they were very helpful with answering my questions. My son broke his Tbars on a Sunday and he needed a new set for his trip to Woodward on Friday. Jeff helped us get the customization done in time, even though the shop was backlogged with work, and to our surprise we got the delivery on Thursday, just in time. My son was psyched, and ready to fire it up on Friday at Woodward. Thanks again Jeff, the techs, and all at Broadway Pro. You guys rock!

Went to Broadway Pro Scooters today with a deck and bars that my son bought from another website. The staff at Broadway was AMAZING and helped us get his scooter into working condition. Knowledgeable, courteous, great customer service. I’m so glad we went there instead of trying to solve using a website. These guys are amazing!
Great customer service! And extremely quick shipping! Ordered a scooter late Saturday night, was shipped out Monday morning and arrived already on Tuesday! My daughter was THRILLED it got here as quickly as it did! Thank you!

Scooter arrived damaged, my son's birthday is tomorrow with no time to replace. Looks like it was a returned product that somebody else sent back, then repackaged and sent to me. Finish is all scratched, when i called to complain,it sounded like a child answered the phone,and there was no manager to speak with. Not impressed.
