Had an excellent experience, took my car in to install some lowering springs, brakes, and a rear sway bar. Jonathan was communicative and fair.
Note that the date 9/25/24 on the invoice of this unhappy person took place before the new owner took over in October 2024 as Broadway Performance Auto Repair.. New owner is honest and when I took my car for repair gave me an option for repair that cost me 200 dollars vs the dealer's estimate 1, 255.00.
Was recommended to this place by a friend. Def should have checked out an asked for direct prices upfront. At first I was told it was gonna be 1800. Just for basics spark plug change and oil seal. Mind you I bought my own parts. Then I was told I needed more work and it approved it to get done. I told him I would get the parts and he said he got them took 2 weeks to get the job done and Ended up being 4200. Dude is not upfront and honest. Problem is he charged an extra 800 on parts. Great service and reasonable pricing ! Would absolutely recommend! Pedro was so helpful throughout the process of my repair.
Excellent repair. Efficient and estimate was accurate. I would (and will) highly recommend Broadway Performance. p.s. the harsh reviews regarding customer service are unfair... If he doesn't answer right away, give him a chance, he (Peter,Pedra?) is a small business owner who takes pride in his work.
