Great place to live. Very quiet and the people are very nice especially the manager the units are very clean and the price is fair

It's very close to the freeway and grocery stores, places to eat and down town Tempe, supervisor Michelle very nice and very helpful fully furnished apartments with appliance's. Has swimming pool & laundry room, family friendly schools near bye & bus stop, & nice neighborhood. Thank you to Michelle and Broadway apartments
