communication amongst their staff, more organized, slow down enough to actually listen to the patient, same rules should apply for all patients and the lady that takes the eyeglass orders need a better attitude
Never used them but one of their doctors was associated with Vision Works. They never billed the insurance company for a claim that would have been approved but 10 months later are sending me a bill for the full amount. The phone number on the bill is disconnected and the address on the bill for sending payments is to a closed facility. Had to do my own research to find someone to talk to. I ordered 4 designer sunglasses from Broadway Optical in Cleveland Ohio. all I had to select from were custom pictures. in a matter of a few days they arrived in the mail. All of them in excellent condition and very satisfied with the service and products from Broadway Optical. don't give it a second thought about ordering from an out-of-town company. they paid close attention to details and I received exactly what I was looking for a fair and reasonable competitive price.
very nice people, courteous and friendly but does get crowded very quickly .
Have mixed reviews but, I am giving them a 5 because, of how wonderful they were with my daughter. We went here just to get my daughter's prescription filled. When we were picking out glasses I was told it would be at least 15 business days. I asked if there was anyway to put in a rush in and was told "NO" a few days later my husband calls and they tell him they coukd have but, would have to be notified at the time. Been coming here for over 40 years love the doctor his wife and the staff great people just like family. My daughter and her children come here to. Kimberly has been coming here since she was four. Dr. Figler performed a complete and thorough examination of my eyes. I am a Type 2 diabetic, and he discovered I have developed Diabetic Retinopathy, a very serious condition. He took the time to explain in detail what he saw and then got me an appointment with a retina specialist for the very next day. The Doctor and his entire staff are very pleasant and competent professionals, and they make you feel welcome and at ease. I would recommend Broadway Optical to anyone without reservation.
