Broadway on Ann has been one of the best building i’ve ever lived in this area with Dan being the onsite manager. I’ve been here nearly 3 years and moving between rooms and extending my lease and I still love it here. They have a lock mail room, lock garage which is very important. I also think they use amazing products, appliances and keep the building clean as always. A better onsite management team! I have lived here with my partner for 6yrs. Dan is the same building manager Love him! The New property staff is great too. So many shocking moments with past staff for sure! I have seen the building change for the better. I feel more calm, nicer property staff, more professional and more professional residents. 5 stars! I appreciate a good management and I support them.
Amanda is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever had the displease of dealing with. How she is still employed anywhere is frankly amazing. Also had packages stolen from the building with no assistance. The staff do a good job covering with the many fake reviews on any platform though
