I leased this space for a year and moved out on 4/30/19 when my lease expired. It turned out I was not approved for a certificate of occupancy for the space Brittany leased to me when I was trying to expand my business there a few months ago and rent an additional space down the hall. I turned in my keys and left my space in impeccable condition. I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned to me two weeks later.
