Super disappointed with this office. I’ve been coming here for 4 years, and although my prior experience was always okay for the most part, the past 2 weeks been very disappointing. I had an appointment scheduled last week (my first ultrasound to confirm pregnancy) and when I show up to the office, the staff told me they had cancelled my appointment because their ultrasound machine was broken. They are super rude and uncompassionate, everyone I’ve known that has gone here has had a similar experience, we decided to go somewhere else. Best decision we’re happy with the other place we found.

For the most part they are good, appointments are not too far out depending on what you need. The only thing that sucks is when I was pregnant I would wait super long times to be seen and would be there for almost an hour still waiting to be seen after arriving 15 minutes early then would have my appointment and still have to wait. Overall, not too bad but I hated having to go to another location for my ultrasounds and only doing heartbeat checks here very odd as it is the obgyn and I’ve known others that do there that were ... read more

I've been to 3 different practices over the years and this one has been the best. I came here when I found out I was pregnant and was in search of a new place after moving and getting new health insurance. They set up all my appointments as needed throughout my pregnancy right away. I had afternoon appointments most of the time and sometimes there would be a short wait if things got backed up, but that wasn't often and can happen anywhere. Loved my doctor, but unfortunately everything else makes it not worth it. Can never get in to actually see my doctor, always booked throughout the whole year. Also lack of communication and to which location my appointment is in. Trying to get a hold of the front desk is always impossible, no one answers and then when you leave a message no one calls back.
