Great Office, Great Care, Great customer service!!!!!
Took me 5 years to write this. As a new pregnant patient, was assigned Dr Noonan, who was generally fine. Had my 20 week scan which discovered that my baby had defects incompatible with life. Had a procedure. Went back for surgical follow up with Noonan. Asked to see autopsy results, waited while she had to go and find them. Instead of handing me the printout, she read them to me like I was 5. I cried, asked a few questions. Had two appointments with this office get canceled. Never had a chance to see the providers due to poor office management. Don’t waste your time.
I’m sharing my experience in hopes it helps others make informed decisions. During my recent visits I did not feel that my concerns were fully heard or addressed. In particular menopause related symptoms and treatment options were not discussed in a meaningful way and I was not offered information about therapies that are widely used. And FDA approved. Provided me a prescription that wasn’t even for my condition and forced me to have a new primary doctor. Constantly called me to reschedule appointments including multiple times for the same appointment.
