Poorly built homes by DR Horton. The drywall is so easily scuffed. Garage door handle already came off. Paper thin walls. Poorly insulated. Duct work likely not correct as front of the house is so hot compared to the rest (my vents are open). Came under new management about 1 month ago. Corporate ran, you can’t get a human being on the phone. Property makes you pay $100 a month for a security system and pest control. Pest control is outdoor only, which is not entirely helpful.
