What people don't realize is that Dr. Hai is overworked with many patients, a good doctor like him in the inner city is hard to find, so naturally he'd have his plate full. He's the only doctor there, and does his very best. He knows what he doesn't know and will connect u with specialists so u can get the care and treatment u need. He's old fashioned, but has never made me feel unimportant or unheard.
I have been going to Dr Hai for 20+ years. Very thorough, and genuine. If anything he is overworked.
Dr. Hai works hard and does his best for a variety of clients of very different socio-economic backgrounds with very different needs. He is a bit scattered but his assistant keeps him well in line, I hope she is well paid! :)
