Staff has always been great, and they’ve done great to make appointments easier to get recently
Worst practice! My son has chronic health issues and this place has been rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Even went ahead and flaged him as a patient that has 2 many issues. What he says and what the doctors put in his notes get twisted 2 make him look more of a problem. Terrible!
I was very impressed at my first "new patient" consult. Sharon was incredibly kind, professional, and put me at ease immediately. The staff members at the front desk were also friendly and welcoming. Awesome medical centre.
Initially I had a great GP at Broadway. Dr Struan Clarke was one of the best imo. However he left and in the end I ended up having to switch to a different practice. Upon getting my notes as requested by my new practise from last year (2025) there was a derogatory comments stating "Couldn't think of a better place for him to go Lol" Insinuating that the practice I am now with us substandard.
