Have been here a few times they have cheaply made medical equiptment that constantly has to be replaced and when you walk in the door no one is there to greet you or ask how they can help the will have you wait in the front office for about 20 mins before even thinking to help you i hatteee this place currently sitting here waiting for them to replace my moms nebulizer that over heats as soon as you turn it on and iv allready been here for 30 mins with no help and no public restroom
This place has bad customer service I walked in and sat there for 15 minutes and no service and there prices are way to high
I am writing to commend Cindy Y. at Broadway Medical Supply in Sacramento for the extraordinary level of care and dedication she provided while helping me secure my BiPAP machine. She went way above and beyond to help me get my BiPAP machine, even though my healthcare provider made the process incredibly difficult with endless delays and paperwork issues.
