The information and support I received from both Broadway Limited Imports departments were outstanding. The communication and the response time were exceptional. My Broadway Limited Imports HO 5824 Challenger 4-6-6-4 and Oil Tender steam locomotive needed to be repaired. FANTASTIC locomotives! The quality is insane. I would put them nearly up there with Rapido, I say nearly because nobody can beat Rapido locomotives for detail and customer service. However, BLI makes an awesome locomotive. Customer service is "OK" hence four stars. The CS woman is fairly rude, quite argumentative, so, CS is a thumbs down. On a warranty issue, it took them a month to ship me the locomotive. a month in transit via the slowest possible means on FedEx, and CS was pretty much about that it was MY problem.
