The room was good and comfortable. Pillows were hard. Wonderful service. They worked very hard to find us a room with our dog. The hotel could use a good cleaning. For the price, I would have expected better.
If I could give zero stars I would. We were on a 3 week road trip, and really looking forward to this stay. We ended up checking into the hotel and leaving the same night to stay elsewhere. The entire hotel smells of cigarette smoke, the rooms (furniture, carpets, linens) were dirty, and there was even something left in the mini fridge in our room from a previous guest that made our whole room smell.
