Service was incredible as always. Mike was extremely helpful and a joy to everyone. He made sure everyone in the store was taken care of.
I hate to write this review, but it needs to be done. I was just in Broadway chicken to pick up my order that I placed online. Eileen told me that they didn’t get the order, I showed her the confirmation number and the charge on my bank account. She said the charge will go away, but I need to re-purchase lunch at the store and then they will make it. I asked if she could just make my order without charging me since I was already charged.
