I find it very difficult to get results from various tests I have had as they are faxed only to the Doctor who requested them, and some Doctors are only in two days a week. I'd suggest a more patient centric approach - I've been struggling with a health issue since November and these delays are very frustrating.
We arrived early and were told there was only one person waiting and then had to wait for 3 other people. Not ideal with 2 kids, one with an ear ache. An update or a polite response when I asked would have helped a lot.
