I keep reading in the replies to the reviews that they are sorry for the experience their patients have had with the reception staff but nothing has been done to curb the behaviour and attitude. I have spoken on the phone to and yesterday I also had the misfortune to speak to this particular receptionist in person. BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT!! What a waste of time and Energy!!! Took 7 days to book a single appointment. Start dialling at 8:00am, and it stays on some kind of recording voices for ages when finally they pick up your call after 40 min.... v.unprofessional receptionist!!! And you always have to speak loud because cor some reason they simply can't hear you. Finally if you are luckily successful in getting appointment, the doctor would ring you but only for literally 10 seconds, as they want the call to be missed and then the book... read more
