Impossible to get price for haircut for a little girl. Person that answer said its by apt only and it can be $55and up.... having no set prices and not willing to quote you a fee for a service feels ridiculous. Its not like im asking you to do a service on an engine its just a haircut. Will never do business with a place that can be genuine and honest give a quote for a service they provide on a daily basis.
