I went for a $39 haircut with Allison but ended up being charged for an extra $13. It was a simple haircut with no styling at all. I contacted the salon about the extra charge and was told that they would issue a $13 refund and send me an invoice. It has been over two weeks now and I do not see refund or invoice in my email. I am new to the area and I booked appointments with Morgan for a haircut (several inches) and color. I love the cut, easy to style, and the color matches perfectly. The atmosphere in the salon is very welcoming and relaxed which I find just as important as the hair care. Highly recommended!
