Unfortunately had a bad experience with a stylist named Jaylin. I got a hair consultation for my sister for her birthday and she was looking to get her hair dyed. After the consultation we scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out, as there was nothing available on her schedule sooner. Only to be told 2 days in advance that Jaylin wasn’t comfortable doing the service for my sister. I asked her why and she didn’t respond. My overall experience was ok…but the color didn't turn out exactly as showed. She left the top bright and the ends yellow. Barely knew how to blow dry and style it.

I went for a $39 haircut with Allison but ended up being charged for an extra $13. It was a simple haircut with no styling at all. I contacted the salon about the extra charge and was told that they would issue a $13 refund and send me an invoice. It has been over two weeks now and I do not see refund or invoice in my email.
