Unfortunately, this has been the worst experience I have ever had getting my hair done. My color turned out almost an orange color. I asked for 1- 1/2 inches off for a cut. She probably took off 6 inches. My hair which looked healthy before now is COMPLETLY fried. I was embarrassed as one of my co- workers asked what happened to my hair. I cannot even wear my hair down.
