When making my service appointment, I was promised a loaner car which they said was "confirmed." I drove 35 minutes to get there this morning only to find they didn't have a loaner and that, "somebody was supposed to call you" to tell me. Instead, they offered to reschedule me for sometime next week. I think I will try the Sheboygan dealer instead. UPDATE: The "few options to help turn the situation around" were 1) set up a another appointment, 2) wait for the car in the lounge.
they failed installing my splash guard correctly after an oil change and snapped a bolt in one of the retainers also missing is all but one retaining pin. splash guard is now tore up after leaving there. one would expect different from a Cadillac dealer. Edit: I emailed you.
