There's a reason why 8 of the 9 last reviews are only one star! Beware! They completed the work on a window repair I ordered and then called me 10 minutes before they closed and said that I had to pay the bill in full TODAY or I would be charged a $35 late fee. I explained that there was no way I could get there in 10 minutes but they wouldn't budge on the late fee. Unbelievable! Never again!!
I went there to fix a Glass and I left with the broken frames, they didn't give me an explanation.
Spent $170 for two men to remove a 48"x80" mirror from bathroom wall in advance of remodel. Following completion of remodel, spent an additional $340 for two men to bring mirror back & re-hang using same 4 mirror holes, screws, and decorative washers. The techs over-tightened screws, broke bottom right and upper left corners of mirror. Exasperating, irritating, expensive, incompetent. Asked them to leave, told them they would never be back. "Nevermore" quoth the Raven! Call Creative Glass & Reflection, Knoxville !!!

Jamie with Broadway Glass was excellent in work he did for me. He was courteous, timely and professional in all aspects. I highly recommend this company.
