Extraordinary Experience at Broadway Furniture-~~7-5-2010 – I must admit I was skeptical about going to another furniture store after a horrible experience with another competitor in Portland, Oregon. Hooray for Broadway Furniture! – Today, after going to several stores to look for "the perfect" sofa and dining room table, my fiance and I went into Broadway Furniture. We were greeted by a down to earth employee named Howard. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for after listening to what we wanted. (He even helped me select colors for my throw pillows when I got stuck.) :) He was a really great person, and we are thrilled that we found a trustworthy, genuine, and quality place to get furniture. Thanks, again!

Worst furniture buying experience even. – I have never made a bad review for a company, but am in such shock by my experience that I must share. My sister and I each purchased mattresses the weekend after Thanksgiving. I was told by the saleswoman (who was really great) that my stuff would be in within 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. When 2 weeks came around I placed two follow up calls to check the status. Great furniture selection with good prices and no hard-sell sales people – My husband and I searched all over for a great couch at a good price. We almost decided on one at Macy's but happened to stumble on Broadway Furniture. I was very impressed with their selection--and the prices. The salesman who helped us was not a hard-sell person. He let us wander and look. He answered our questions. We found a couch we liked. The delivery experience was also terrific. We would definately shop there again.

Great Customer Service, low pressure, great quality for the money, family owned – Went to purchase a bedroom set, comparison shopped (I do my research) at other stores, found a beautiful bedroom set for way less than other stores. Broadway was one of the last stores I went to based on a friends recommendation. Turned out to have a really wide selection of styles, friendly staff, and reasonable prices especially compared to some of the other chain type stores I went to. couldnt believe my luck! – I was amazed at how freindly everyone was. The salespeople just let me wander if I wanted to and didn't hassle me like alot of the other places I tried. The selection was enourmous and the prices were good. Just walking through the door and looking at the first price tag I saw a major difference. Great furniture, great prices – Just bought my first couch from Broadway Furniture and it was actually fun. They showed me all the best deals and I didn't feel pressured to buy. Even better, I was happy to find out it's a local, family-owned store.
