They had what we wanted. All the other stores that we went to didn't teat us like valuable customers, and as soon as we walked into broadway furniture we were greeted with a smile. Ken and his wife really know what they're doing and helped us out on picking what was best for us. After talking with Ken and his wife for a bit I felt like they really care about the costumer and not the sale. Extraordinary Experience at Broadway Furniture-~~7-5-2010 – I must admit I was skeptical about going to another furniture store after a horrible experience with another competitor in Portland, Oregon. Hooray for Broadway Furniture! – Today, after going to several stores to look for "the perfect" sofa and dining room table, my fiance and I went into Broadway Furniture. We were greeted by a down to earth employee named Howard. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for after listening to what we wanted. (He even helped me select colors for my throw pillows when I got stuck.) :) He was a really great person, and we are thrilled that we found a trustworthy, genuine, and quality place to get furniture. Broadway We purchased our first micro fiber chair and couch from Broadway and have been delighted with them ever since. The salesman was not pushy and stood behind his products even to the point of replacement should our large dogs wreak havoc on them.

Worst furniture buying experience even. – I have never made a bad review for a company, but am in such shock by my experience that I must share. My sister and I each purchased mattresses the weekend after Thanksgiving. I was told by the saleswoman (who was really great) that my stuff would be in within 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. Good service and selection We didn't purchase furniture here, but were very impressed with the sales staff. They were very will informed and accommodated our needs well. Their selection of living and dining room furniture was impressive, and the quality was very good.
