I appreciated their valet service. I was impressed with their service technician's honesty. They could have done work that wasn't needed to pad the bill, but they didn't. I was treated with respect and honesty. They even filed the rebate for me! That really impressed me. I will not hesitate to return to Bergstrom Ford for all my car needs and already told my friends and family what a good job they did and how well I was treated.
Marti did a great job with her persistence and scheduling service with me. 10 out of 10!
