Great until you actually buy something then it is darn near impossible to get them to return a call. Even after the fire department came out and had to shut down all gas to my home due to a leak. They only care about the sale and nothing more.
Should you have a gas fireplace that needs to be repaired, do not call this place. Kicking Ash is associated with this business and I had them come to our home to analyze our gas fireplace. Within 5 minutes after taking items apart from our gas fireplace and asking questions about the fireplace, they immediately told us we would need a whole new unit (which would cost around $4000.00 to $5,000.00) The two technicians (if you want to call them that) didn't even analyze the situation to determine any other option. Its so nice to meet people who enjoy what they do every day and treat customers like people instead of a sale. Gave me recommendations on things are actually cheaper than what I wanted because he knew that's what was best for me where else can you go and get that.
