Great until you actually buy something then it is darn near impossible to get them to return a call. Even after the fire department came out and had to shut down all gas to my home due to a leak. They only care about the sale and nothing more.
Should you have a gas fireplace that needs to be repaired, do not call this place. Kicking Ash is associated with this business and I had them come to our home to analyze our gas fireplace. Within 5 minutes after taking items apart from our gas fireplace and asking questions about the fireplace, they immediately told us we would need a whole new unit (which would cost around $4000.00 to $5,000.00) The two technicians (if you want to call them that) didn't even analyze the situation to determine any other option.
