We dropped our taxes off the beginning of February. Been trying to call and the voice mail has been full. No one is answering the phone. So unprofessional. Is this office now out of business?
We have been with Patrick Thayer since 2011. We just loved him and Cathy. We have been trying to reach Patrick by phone to ask a question, regarding our Tax Filing. We moved to SW Florida a few years back but wanted to continue to have Patrick handle our Tax filings. We also have another home in Cincinnati but certainly not living there full time. We just left the office and couldn't recommend Stacie with Broadway Solutions more. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our family has used Broadway for the past 3 years but I can assure you that the clients are in great hands now with Stacie and her team!
