I have lived here a year now and let me say this park was the best decision I could have made going into retirement. An older park sure but it’s super clean, super quiet and I love absolutely all my neighbors. The park manager, Irwin , is great and super helpful when you need it. 55 + community with reasonable space rent and I feel blessed to be a part of this place.

Clean, quiet and friendly neighborhood.
Absolutely overran with illegal aliens. Shootings every night. Garbage strewn everywhere. Carry firearms at all times outside and inside your home. Emergency rooms filled with berthing immigrants. Almost as bad as Yakimo
